General Return Guidelines:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Window: You may initiate a return within thirty days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. This is required to process any returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumables, including food items and personal care products, are non-returnable. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or promotional items are non-returnable.
Visit Our Store: Before returning any items, please bring them to our store location along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Packaging and Condition: Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Returned items must be unopened and unused.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Refund Policy: For eligible returns, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit can be used towards future purchases at The Refillery Storehouse.
Store Credit: Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges.
Exceptions and Special Cases:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately or bring it to our store. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit for the value of the item.
Incorrect Item: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us or visit our store within fourteen days. We will rectify the issue by providing you with the correct item or issuing store credit.
Please note that this return policy applies to purchases made directly from The Refillery Storehouse. If you made a purchase through a third-party retailer or website, their return policy will apply.
